Ledbetter Heights - Original Independent Alternative/Rock from Shippensburg, PA
Ledbetter Heights was a regionally touring band based in South Central PA from January 2003 to January 2010. Originating in 2002 as Nick Staver and Dylan Everetts acoustic duo, LBH added Matt Franzoni(bass), Tim Car(drums) and Ryan Thomas(percussion) in January 2003 to form a full band. Kevin Shannon was introduced as lead guitarist in 2005 and helped transition Brian Stoner in as lead guitarist in 2007. Ledbetter Heights released 3 full length albums: The Light That Burns..., Evolve and Beyond Familiar. All three albums are available for FREE download atwww.ledbetterheights.bandcamp.com. LBH performed from DC to NYC, at many clubs, festivals, bars, basements, campuses and stages of all sizes. They wrote and performed over 30 original songs. The band parted ways in January 2010 to pursue seperate endeavours.
Final note from the band: Saturday night(January 23rd, 2010) was the perfect ending to an amazing journey. It started 7 years ago in Matt's parents basement with four friends trying to figure out how to play rock and roll like their idols on the posters on their walls.
We've met so many amazing people and rocked so many stages of all sizes, put out three albums of original rock music that we are proud of, which you can still download for FREE atwww.ledbetterheights.bandcamp.com
It ended with 31 original songs from all three albums, "Breathe" from the very first recorded album, 3 b-sides: "She Feels...", "Deeper" and "Rise and Fall" and a packed house at Market Cross with our friends, family and fans.
